We offer a 30-day return window for most items. However, for hygiene reasons, earrings and body jewelry cannot be returned unless they arrive defective.

Currently, we are an online-only boutique specializing in high-quality jewelry. We recommend visiting a licensed professional piercer for all new piercings.
