Returns & Exchanges

At Pierced, we want you to love your new look, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn jewelry in its original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings that have been removed from their heat-sealed security pouches are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items in their original jewelry boxes and secure them inside a padded mailer to ensure they arrive back to us safely.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items for hygiene seal integrity, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
